I just wanted to make a quick note about booking an appointment with me. I have an extremely busy schedule, and it might take me up to two hours to travel to meet you, depending on where you are and where I am. Therefore, it's very important for you to request an appointment at least 24 hours in advance of our meeting. Otherwise, I may not be able to check my email in time, or might not be able to fit you into my schedule, and missed opportunities are such a shame!
